# Directions:
01 - Spread the guacamole evenly in a large central rectangle on a large rectangular board or tray. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
02 - Sprinkle chopped parsley or cilantro evenly over the guacamole for texture and vibrant color.
03 - Lay out horizontal yard lines across the field using mozzarella string cheese or thin strips of white cheddar cheese. Optionally, pipe lines with sour cream using a piping or zip-top bag.
04 - Spread salsa on one short end of the board and hummus or black bean dip on the opposite end to create end zones.
05 - Place tortilla chips, mini pretzels, baby carrots, celery sticks, sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and pickles in rows or clusters along the sides or as decorative elements.
