01 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

→ Vegetables

03 - 12 small cucumber slices, about 1/8 inch thick, cut into rounds
04 - 12 small black olive slices
05 - 24 mini capers
06 - 12 small radish slices

→ Crackers

07 - 12 round rice or water crackers, about 2 inch diameter

→ Spices & Seasonings

08 - 1/2 tsp lemon juice
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each cracker.
03 - Place one cucumber slice slightly off-center on each cracker to represent the iceberg.
04 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place a rounded mound of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber slice as the polar bear’s head.
05 - Decorate each head by pressing two capers as eyes, one black olive slice as the nose, and two radish slices inserted as ears.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled stacks for at least 10 minutes to enhance texture and flavor.
