02 - 1 large yellow bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, sliced into strips

04 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (240 g)
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry bell peppers. Remove stems and seeds, then slice into even strips.
02 - Lay bell pepper strips radiating from the center of a large serving platter, leaving space for the dip bowl.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chives, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well. For a creamier texture, incorporate olive oil.
04 - Transfer the dip to a small bowl and place it at the center of the platter alongside the pepper strips.
