# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy.
02 - Arrange persimmon and pear slices artfully on a serving platter or individual plates, slightly overlapping to create a snowscape effect.
03 - Dollop or pipe the mascarpone cream over the arranged fruit, mimicking patches of fresh snow.
04 - Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios evenly over the top.
